IPSEC tunnel no decap

hi all,

i have an IPSEC tunnel between the Palo 820 firewall and an ASA firewall.

I can see the tunnel up with encap pkt but no Pkt Decap

On the ASA side, it looks like i can see encap and decap

Any one seen this before. any suggestion is appreciated. Have a great day
