I tried it myself, seems like there is only an A record for www.da.bdsonline.nl and not for da.bdsonline.nl so it makes a lot of sense it's not working.Try adding www and be amazed :-)
Can you try an nslookup from your machine to see which IP is used, and then see if any logs show in the traffic of threat log? At first glance there is either a dns issue, or the IP might not be reachable from your network. Also try ping and traceroute from your pc to see what happens
What is the behavior you are experiencing? Is there a block page or is the page not loading? If you check the traffic and threat log for the destination IP of the website, are you seeing any unusual behavior (a threat detected or the traffic log indicating resets or timeouts for example)Do you have ssl decryption enabled?

Do you know if you are blocking certain countries? Like the Netherlands?

Well there is no decryption enabled and the website is allowed aswell there is no denies on the FW
